Agency setup (development master)
Creates an agency with every module off and its seat allowance set now. Then choose its agency, turn on its modules, adjust its seats if needed, and add its agency master in the employee directory.
Seat limit
Counts agency logins that are not disabled (agency master, supervisor, employee). The development master and support sessions never use a seat.
Your role and permissions
Module switches
Enforced on the server. Turning a module off keeps its data; the server refuses that module's routes until it is turned on again.

Date of birth
Recorded once. It cannot be changed here, and it is not shown again.
Sign-in
A reset sets the temporary password from the date of birth, ends open sessions, and makes the person choose a new password at the next sign-in. It does not re-enable a disabled login.
Correct date of birth
Use this only when the date on file was entered wrongly. A reason is required, and every correction stays in the history below. The current password does not change and the login keeps its state. A later reset or reactivation uses the corrected date. Neither date is shown again.

Each item is resolved only in the section that owns it. Nothing is deleted or reassigned from this list. Resolved items stay listed with the status they had when the login was disabled.

Logins and divisions
Add an employee
The first sign-in uses a temporary password made from the date of birth (MMDDYYYY). The person must choose their own password at that sign-in.
Add a person without a login
Records someone who does not sign in. No seat is used. A login can be given later, from the same record.
Give a login to a person
Uses a seat. The temporary password comes from the date of birth, and the person must change it at the first sign-in.
LocationsUnits
Used on the schedule and by Fleet and Assets. Deactivated items keep their history.

Holidays
The holidays the schedule uses: US federal holidays and your agency's own. Teams marked to skip holidays are not scheduled on these days.

Logins
Reset sets a temporary password from the person's date of birth. They choose a new one at their next sign-in.
Record a date of birth
The date sets the temporary password, so record it before a reset.
Modules
Turning a module off keeps its data. Its routes refuse requests until it is turned on.
Public Help Requests
Unauthenticated help requests from sign-in pages. Account-independent, no sensitive data.

Division and dates
Team and pattern
Members are the people in this division on the date below. Work groups give them a team and a pattern version. New pattern versions are added in Setup.
Division members
People in this division on a date. A person whose login is disabled is shown as such and cannot be scheduled.
Work groups
A work group gives its members one pattern version and a phase. Draft generation in step 3 fills empty days from these groups.
Classification groups staff for manager week schedules. Leadership and Clerk may have specialized assignments; Other covers remaining personnel.

Day and night switches
From a date, a team works other shift times. A person who stays put keeps the team's own shift. Both apply the next time the schedule is filled from the pattern.

Division type and minimum
Publish checks the daily minimum. Day and Night minimums split Today and the coverage row by shift; they never block publish or leave.
Supervisor access to this division
A supervisor with View can read this division's schedule. View and manage can also draft and publish. Only the agency master sets access.
My vehicle
The vehicle a supervisor has assigned to you. You can record fuel for it and send a maintenance request for a supervisor to review. Only your own entries and requests are shown here.
No vehicle is assigned to you right now. When a supervisor assigns one, it appears here with the fuel and maintenance request forms. Ask your supervisor if you expect a vehicle.

Correct fuel entry
Update the values and provide a reason. The original entry is preserved.
Request maintenance
A request is for a supervisor to review. It does not record a cost, and you cannot approve it.

Shared assignments
Temporary or riding arrangements alongside the primary assignment. A temporary sharer holds the vehicle for a defined period. A rider names a driver (usually the primary holder) who drives while they ride.

Fiscal-year budgets
A reasoned, append-only budget per fiscal year. Each year's window is fixed the moment it is set (the first of its start month up to, but not including, that same date one year later) and never shifts when another year's budget is added or changed.
